General procedure for quenching these compounds is adding solvents and gradually increasing the amount of wet solvent while stirring. Eg: dry hexanes → dry toluene → wet toluene →→→ isopropanol → methanol → water.
If possible you can also refer to the workup for the specific procedure you're basing you reaction off of, and keep in mind differences in scale between the precedent and your reaction.
